Looping Vids is an Australian-owned and operated business. All streaming assets and related products available on the Website are original works and the intellectual property of Looping Vids, protected under Australian and international copyright laws.

When you purchase a digital product from Looping Vids, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal streaming use only (for example on Twitch, YouTube, or similar platforms).

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or make the files available to others, whether for free or for commercial purposes.

Use of any Looping Vids products to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or datasets is strictly prohibited, whether in whole or in part.

2. Digital Products & Refunds

All products sold on the Website are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not provide installation services, and we cannot guarantee ongoing compatibility with future updates to third-party software or platforms.

4. Payment Processing

Payments for products on this Website are processed securely through Payhip, which provides the ecommerce platform and payment processing services.

Pricing, taxes (where applicable), checkout, and delivery of digital files are handled in accordance with Payhip’s terms and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms.

5. Liability & Warranty

All products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

While we strive to deliver high-quality digital assets, we do not guarantee that products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose or outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Looping Vids shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including loss of revenue, data, or streaming performance.

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will assist with issues related to file access or general product usage. Support does not include customisation, installation, or third-party software troubleshooting.
