Please read these Terms of Use & License carefully before purchasing or using any Looping Vids products. By purchasing or using a Looping Vids digital product made available through the Looping Vids store, you agree to these Terms.

Products purchased through this store are sold and processed by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the seller and Merchant of Record for transactions made through the store. Fourthwall's applicable terms, policies and consumer-protection requirements apply to the transaction, including matters relating to payment, checkout, refunds, cancellations, taxes and other order-related matters.

These Terms govern your use of the Looping Vids products and the license granted to you for those products.

1. Ownership & Copyright

Looping Vids is an Australian-owned and operated business. All streaming assets and related products made available by Looping Vids are original works and remain the intellectual property of Looping Vids, protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright to you. Instead, you receive a limited license to use the purchased files in accordance with these Terms.

2. Product License

Each Looping Vids digital product is licensed to the original purchaser on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for personal streaming use.

You may use the purchased files in connection with your own content and streaming activities, including on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube and similar services.

You may not:

  • Resell or sublicense the files

  • Redistribute, share or make the files available to others

  • Upload the files to file-sharing services, asset libraries or similar platforms

  • Give the files away as part of another product or download

  • Claim the files, or substantially derived versions of them, as your own work

  • Use the files to create products for resale or redistribution

  • Reproduce or distribute the files outside the permitted use described above

  • Use any Looping Vids products, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, develop or contribute to artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models or datasets

This license does not give you ownership of the original artwork, project files or source materials.

3. Digital Products & Transactions

Looping Vids products are digital products delivered through the Fourthwall platform.

Fourthwall handles the transaction side of your purchase, including checkout, payment processing, applicable tax collection, order records, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and other transaction-related matters.

Any refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer right is subject to Fourthwall's applicable policies and terms, as well as any rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

For questions concerning a transaction, payment, refund, cancellation, order record or other Fourthwall order matter, please contact Fourthwall through its available customer support or order-support channels.

4. Product Compatibility & Usage

Looping Vids products are designed for use with supported streaming software and platforms as described on the relevant product page.

Compatibility can vary depending on the specific product, software, operating system, version and streaming setup. Please review the product description and included instructions before purchasing.

You are responsible for ensuring that a product is suitable for your particular setup.

Where setup instructions or guides are provided with a product, they are intended to help you use the purchased files as designed. Looping Vids does not provide installation services, customisation services or general troubleshooting for third-party software, streaming platforms or hardware.

Looping Vids cannot guarantee compatibility with future updates or changes made by third-party software or platforms.

5. Product Support

Looping Vids provides support for product-related questions.

Please contact support@loopingvids.com for assistance with matters such as:

  • Questions about the purchased files

  • Product-specific usage questions

  • Questions about the intended setup or functionality of a product

  • Issues relating to the files themselves

Product support does not include custom design work, product customisation, installation services or general troubleshooting of third-party software, platforms or hardware.

For transaction and order-related matters, including payment, checkout, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, order records or Fourthwall's delivery/order system, please contact Fourthwall directly.

6. Intellectual Property & Unauthorised Use

All Looping Vids artwork, animations, graphics, designs and related materials remain the intellectual property of Looping Vids unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised copying, redistribution, resale, sharing or commercial exploitation of the files outside the license granted by these Terms is prohibited.

Looping Vids reserves all rights not expressly granted under this license.

7. Liability & Warranty

Looping Vids aims to provide high-quality digital products and accurate product information. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided without guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, compatibility with future third-party software or platforms, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Looping Vids is not responsible for problems caused by third-party software, platforms, hardware, operating system updates, configuration changes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Looping Vids will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to you in your place of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms

The version of these Terms applicable to a product is the version in effect at the time of purchase, except where a later change is required by law or otherwise applies to your continued use of the product or Website.

10. Agreement

By purchasing or using a Looping Vids product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use & License.

Fourthwall's applicable terms, policies and consumer-protection requirements continue to apply to your transaction and any matters handled by Fourthwall.
